Perfect for making the popular Turkish/Greek/Middle Eastern dish dolmades, (also known as Yaprak Sarma or Dolma in Turkish), this rice stuffed delicacy is a must have meze dish. Each region has their own take on stuffed vine leaves, some regions include minced meats and others include sultanas and pine nuts. Often prepared using olive oil and served with slices of lemon to add a tangy twist. Stuffed vine leaves are also served with a side of Yogurt some regions.
